Set next to Chili Grill is the relatively new Wing Zone. A Brightly coloured interior akin to most other fast food outlets gives Wing Zone a familiar feel. This is a well established Global Franchise that has now arrived in Jeddah. Large flat screens hang effortlessly above the counter displaying the visually attractive items on the menu. For those of you that haven’t cottoned on yet, Wing Zones (not surprisingly) specialty is Chicken Wings, and you have two choices here, boneless or classic (on the bone).
After making up your mind here you are offered a choice of 15 mind boggling flavours or sauces for the staff to douse your chicken with. We tried the Thai Chili on our ‘boneless’ wings and to test the waters we also went for a 1/4 pounder beef bacon and cheese burger. The beef burger also had the option to be flavoured so here we went for the bleu buffalo sauce.
Other available flavours include quirky names like Tokyo Dragon, Nuclear Habanero, and Sweet Samurai. The interior while a little bare fits the target market and those who want a more comfortable meal can always opt for takeout. An upstairs area is also available for families.
Service was swift and our order was ready in about fifteen minutes. As for the taste test, here we were impressed with the chicken (as you might expect – it being their specialty). Our Thai chili hit the spot and left us wondering about the Nuclear Habanero and lemon zinger toppings. Less impressive was the Beef burger, a clearly frozen patty than couldn’t be finished, a piece of gristle in the patty left a lasting impression on my tooth. Stick to the chicken and you should leave with a smile on your face, It’s called Wing Zone after all!

Pretty good burgers.. I like the ideal of having the toppings on their own.. to add… The flavors that are offered are great….too…. Just really feel the prices are a bit more… then other places… for the amount you get… Like to see them add promotions in the meal deals… Buy this and get this added value item.. that would bring customers more in… But ok.. Just my two ryials thoughts here… thanks…

Wing Zone has excellent chicken wings and that is expected. Apart from the extensive list of flavours that give a bit of excitement to the whole experience, there is more to this place than just chicken. I personally loved the Jalapeno potato side order and the brownie bites are just out of this world. I definitely would eat there again and again.

Amazing food but would stay away from the chicken tenders they are a bit dry burgers and wings were excellent
