Planet Hollywood Egyptian Style, Studio Masr is everything it says on the tin, and has recently opened in Jeddah’s Solidaire Mall. Middle Eastern favourites like Kofta, and Shish Tawook are all available along with traditional Egyptian classics like stuffed pigeon. Worth a visit for a modern take on old favourites.

Atmosphere is so niice, also the staff are so friendly and helpfull…. Me and my hubby ordered one shawayet studio misr mix grill and rice and big plate of appetizers, humus, tabula…. I will go there for sure many timea again

loved the atomosphere specially the songs and the food was good I ordered shawayah fish and mixed grill shawayah, I will go there again for sure..
The food was normal, filling but not tasty.
Price was acceptable.
Atmosphere was a disaster and probably it is the only reason why I wouldn’t go there again.
I tried to pay using my credit card and our host refused stating the network down, then I saw someone else paying with his card on my way out….. Typical Egyptian haaa.?

Delicious food, great ambiance, polite and helpful waiters. Went there almost fortnightly and the quality of the food ordered was always good. Thumbs up!
I liked the ambiance of the restaurant. I expected to like the food very much especially when i went through the menu. The namings of the dishes are pretty much unique.
I ordered appetizer (a dish that combines hommos, mutabal, liver, ..) + BBQ kabab & sheesh tawooq. I was very disappointed with the taste of liver & kabab mostly. I stuffed myself with bread and sheesh tawook.
It might not be very bad. But it did not reach my expectations!
i think this is a good restaurent.. the ambiance is good and its value going… the service is good and the food is good too…
