Minimoonz shared a little of their history with Jeddah Food recently: “Our story started back in 2003, when Maina Khoja cracked her secret cookies recipes at the time when she was creating so many other recipes for some leading food manufacturers (such as Goody, Panjabi Muhaidib, Alwalimah, Sadafco, Knorr, Lusine and many others) as part of her job being the leading chef in the Skitchen Food designing company. We kept on improving our recipe since then, and dedicate the Minimoonz cookies as a prestigious gift to our clients, family members and close friends. Demand kept on growing, till we decided to share the Minimoonz experience with you all, for you to enjoy our cookies that are made at home with finest ingredients and baked daily to reach you fresh.. and tickle your yummy feelings.”
